Bag Filter 2025 - ZGTEK Demonstrated Cartridge Filter Cage Line

Fully automatic welding of cartridge filter cages, including welding top collars and bottom pans has became an reality since this year.
At Bag Filter 2025 trade show, which was held during Nov 26-28 at Shanghai Mart Expo Center, ZGTEK showed the world how to weld cartridge filter cages fully automatically.
The line features automatic inserting of wires from the back of the cage machine, the cage machine will weld and when it reaches the length, it cuts the wires off, then a robot will pick up the cage and put it in a top and bottom integrated welding machine to weld the top collar first, then the robot will rotate the cage and put it back into the same machine to weld the bottom pan, when the whole process is finished, the robot will place the cage on a belt so it can be transferred to the next process step. The whole process is manless. This new line marks a big step forward in cartridge cage welding.
