ZGTEK at Bag Filter 2024

This yearly filtration event Bag Filter 2024 has again drawn attention of many, especially of people who were eager to find out what ZGTEK had in stock for them after last year's awe-inspiring fully automatic filter cage welding lines.
At this year's event, ZGTEK for the first time in the world showcased the technology of welding filter cages with medium and high carbon steel wires instead of Q235 mild steel wires. Cold drawn medium and high carbon steel wire has much higher tensile strength and rigidity than Q235 wire, if we use it to replace Q235 wire, we can achieve less wire thickness, less material consumption, accordingly there will be less cost. However, due to its bad weldability, welding quality can’t be controlled easily, so companies don’t want to take risks, till now no companies have used medium and high carbon steel wire to make filter bag cages home or abroad.
ZGTEK brought up a whole process of welding medium and high carbon steel wire cages, and it became a hot topic of this year's event.
